The design of this 11-piece fondue set is unique; a traditional design with a hammered mirror finish which looks elegant and classic combined with its brilliant copper hue. The fondue pot is made of 0.8mm thick copper-plated stainless steel which makes it good for especially making meat fondues since copper provides even heat distribution that's excellent for cooking at both high and low temperatures. The tapered opening retains the heat which allows the oil or broth to remain above 180°C without spattering. While the Swissmar Biel 11pc Fondue Set Copper is excellent for cooking meats, it is also great for one-pot dishes such as chili, soups, Swedish meatballs, veggie dips, and cheese or chocolate fondue. You can remove the splatter ring for easy access to stir and dip the forks in the pot and savour your delicious food.
