It consists of a cook's knife, carving knife, utility knife, as well as a chopping board, kitchen shears, and a sharpener. The knives have a hollow ground edge and a comfortable handle and the non-stick coating makes cleaning it easier. Its board is also made of high density, non-porous polypropylene, and the board will not absorb or retain any food products. All of the items are dishwasher-safe but hand washing is recommended.
